The garden (shared with us when we visit) has two levels with a patio and decking area along with a stone barbeque on the lower level.

Step-back in time and discover the full potential of this historic village where you can enjoy an exceptionally relaxed lifestyle. Peyrat-le-Chateau is surrounded by forests. The village benefits from a beautiful lake where you can fish, swim or sit on the small beach and relax.
Up the stone steps is the grass area.
The lawn slopes upwards to give tremendous views over the rooftops of the village and the surrounding forests

INSIDE THE HOUSE
The house, with 2 bedrooms and sleeping six people, is on two levels with the lounge on the first floor at garden level.
GROUND FLOOR
Enter the front door into the hall way then through double doors into one large room that incorporates kitchen, dining area and lounge areas. |

Here you can find the cooker, washing machine, fitted cupboards, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, speakers for mp3 player. In addition the room contains the 6 seat dining table, sofa and wood burning stove. |

FIRST FLOOR
Climbing the stairs to the landing you will find the bathroom is separate from the toilet and consists of wash basin, full size bath and over bath shower.
The lounge with sofas (one double sofa bed), tv/video player, cd player, games and small library is located on this level and features double French doors onto the patio and into the lower level of the garden |
